Lynne is an accomplished real estate professional who brings 30 years of experience to our team. She has been the Director of New Home Sales and Marketing for one of Georgia’s premier Real Estate Companies and has worked with several award winning builders in Metro Atlanta through her career. “I’m thrilled to be a part of making dreams come true with the most luxurious, earth friendly designs nestled in a little slice of heaven."
Roney J. Mateu, FAIA Roney J Mateu, FAIA has been practicing architecture since he opened his office in 1980. Over the years, his design work has garnished 78 Design Excellence Awards from the American Institute of Architects and the Society of American Registered Architects. Mateu is licensed to practice architecture in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and Kentucky. In 2012, he was elevated to Fellowship in the American Institute of Architects for his contributions to the built environment in the area of Design.
Alfonso is an entrepreneurial minded builder with a background in high-end custom, residential and commercial construction. He is an analytical professional who is able to leverage business experience and market trends to create strong financial projections and budgets for construction projects.
Fynn is a technology entrepreneur and real estate investor, based out of Atlanta, GA. His first company developed one of the leading websites in the outdoor recreation & adventure travel space. His second company developed marketing software as a service for e-commerce brands. Investing in Sky Valley Luxury Homes is the intersection of his interests in out door recreation, adventure, technology, and real estate.
Rhett Haverty is a licensed residential real estate agent in Georgia. Rhett previously worked with the owner of Mustard Seed Tiny Homes assisting in the entire building process. He is currently a senior at Kennesaw State University completing his degree in Psychology.
Mary-Howard is a licensed real estate agent, a real estate investor and a destination marketer. After graduating from Auburn University, she worked in production for 7 years in New York City before moving back to the south. She began investing in property in North Georgia and coupled that interest with the launch of an e-commerce company focused on the beauty of Appalachia. Her love of the the south, the beauty of Appalachia, and her interest in real estate drew her to Sky Valley.
